The Superior Police Headquarters of La Rioja has confirmed the arrest of this young man as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of sexual assault and theft, without providing information about what happened.
The event occurred in the early hours of last Sunday, April 9, when the detainee was passing through the Ciriaco Garrido pedestrian street, in the center of Logroño, and observed that, in the playground, a couple had sexual relations, according to the data. published this Thursday by the newspaper 'El Día' of La Rioja.
He wanted to form a threesome with these two young men, but both refused, so he allegedly hit the man and tried to sexually assault the woman.
He also points out that, before, a neighbor in the area had notified the National Police when he observed from his home what the couple was doing in the playground and considered that it was a public scandal.
The agents who arrested the attacker found among his belongings the mobile phone of the young man who had left it on a bench in the children's park.
