Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: Vaccination opponents demonstrate with parades and rally

Rostock (dpa/mv) - Hundreds of opponents of vaccination demonstrated against the corona policy in Rostock on Saturday with three motorcades, rallies and demonstrations. According to the police, around 140 cars took part in the parades and around 1,200 people in a subsequent demonstration. The participants came from almost all parts of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, said a police spokeswoman. "Everything went peacefully and without incident." Among other things, the demonstrators called for an immediate vaccination stop on posters and warned of the side effects of the vaccine.
