North Rhine-Westphalia: 54-year-old drives into driving school car: four injured

Gelsenkirchen (dpa/lnw) - Four people were seriously injured in a rear-end collision with a driving school car in Gelsenkirchen on Friday. The 54-year-old who caused the accident and the driving instructor (35) and his two learner drivers (44 and 24) were taken to nearby hospitals for inpatient treatment by ambulance, the police said on Saturday. According to the police report, the 54-year-old overlooked the driving school vehicle that was parked at a traffic light and drove into his car.
