"In the event of unforeseeable events, there is an alternative seat for the crisis team outside of the Rhineland," Interior Minister Herbert Reul (CDU) told the "Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger" (Friday). This is the institute of the fire brigade in Münster. The state secretaries could withdraw there if necessary. Around 150 specially trained employees from the Ministry of the Interior are also available to fill the crisis team.
