Hilchenbach (dpa / lnw) - Three injured, seven damaged vehicles and high damage are the result of drunk driving in Hilchenbach in the Siegen-Wittgenstein district. The drunk driver, who previously lost control of his car, landed on the roof with two other occupants, police said on Monday.
Accordingly, the 24-year-old came off the road to the right early on Sunday morning. The car crashed into a billboard, drove into a hedge and collided with some massive curbs. According to the police, the car overturned and came to rest on the car roof after about 20 meters. A parked car and five motorcycles had previously been damaged.
The 24-year-old and the 21 and 22-year-old passengers climbed out of the car with minor injuries. When the accident was recorded, officials found that the driver was clearly intoxicated. A criminal complaint awaits him for endangering traffic and negligent bodily harm. According to the police, the damage is in the high five-digit range.
