Essen (dpa / lnw) - People in North Rhine-Westphalia can expect a gloomy start to the new week. On Halloween there is usually no precipitation, only a little rain is locally possible, as reported by the German Weather Service (DWD). The Monday begins partly foggy, dull and cloudy. At noon and in the afternoon there will also be brightening from the south and south-west. The temperatures climb to a maximum of 17 to 20 degrees.
On Tuesday morning the rain will move to the north-east, according to the DWD it will remain cloudy. Some sunshine is also possible during the day. Most of the time it stays dry. Short thunderstorms with showery rain are possible on Wednesday night. The showers are expected to subside over the course of Wednesday.
