North Rhine-Westphalia: Cyclists critically injured in an accident

Nettetal (dpa / lnw) - A cyclist was critically injured in a collision with a car in the Nettetal district of Kaldenkirchen (Viersen district). The 85-year-old fell on Friday after colliding with the car of a 57-year-old driver at an intersection, the police said. A rescue helicopter brought the senior to a clinic. The driver was not injured. It was initially unclear how the collision could have happened.
