HARDING -- An overturned tractor-trailer was causing mounting southbound delays on Route 287 Friday morning, authorities said.

The state Department of Transportation reported on 511nj.org that a tractor-trailer had overturned south of Exit 33 for Harter Road/Route 202 in Harding on Route 287 south.

Both the left and center lanes were closed as of 6:44 a.m., causing delays of 20 minutes, according to the DOT.

Motorists should plan an alternate route avoiding the corridor.
