A second national interprofessional strike is planned for Tuesday, January 31, against the pension reform project, after a very mobilizing first movement on January 19. Between the two, some striking agents, particularly in the energy sectors, have multiplied actions: power cut, drop in electricity production... What is the legality of these initiatives? For a private employee, is it complicated to go on strike and do you have to give notice? What do we lose in compensation?
