Delitzsch (dpa/sn) - According to the police, 27 people were slightly injured in an accident with a bus in Delitzsch on Wednesday. According to the Leipzig police department, the bus, driven by a 22-year-old, hit a car that was traveling in the same direction and had to brake because of a parking vehicle.
As a result of the collision, 19 children and 6 adults in the bus as well as the driver (35) and the passenger (33) of the car were slightly injured. Those affected were mainly treated on an outpatient basis, according to a police spokesman.
According to him, after the accident, a large number of emergency services rushed to the scene, including several emergency doctors. The police are investigating for negligent bodily harm.
