Saxony-Anhalt: Eike von Repgow grant 2023 for historian

Magdeburg (dpa/sa) - The city and the University of Magdeburg support the research work of the historian Stefanie Fabian on the way to a doctorate. For this she will receive the Eike von Repgow scholarship 2023. The Magdeburg historian deals, for example, with historical women's and gender research and the regional history of Saxony-Anhalt, as the city and the Otto von Guericke University announced on Tuesday. The one-year scholarship is worth 1250 euros per month. It is awarded every two years. It is named after the legal scholar Eike von Repgow (around 1180 to 1233), who worked in what is now Saxony-Anhalt.
