Thuringia: 40 million euros for Thuringian hospitals

Erfurt/Weimar (dpa/th) - The 43 Thuringian hospitals have received around 40 million euros in funding. The clinics can use the money to finance equipment, furnishings or medical technology, as the state administration office announced on Tuesday. Smaller construction measures with an investment sum of up to one million euros are also possible. Corresponding notifications with the flat-rate funding amounts were sent to the hospitals on Monday. The clinics have already received the money - as part of the advance payments in the middle of the quarter.
