Gotha (dpa/th) - The Friedenstein Castle Foundation has announced the Thuringian Youth Art Prize 2023. Children and young people between the ages of 12 and 19 who live in the Free State can submit their artistic works until March 31, the foundation announced on Friday. A jury will award the best works, which will also be exhibited in the Ducal Museum from mid-May to mid-August next year.
According to the information, the prize is endowed with a total of 700 euros and is awarded by the foundation together with the Friends of the Schloss Friedenstein Art Collections. The aim of the award is to honor the artistic work of talented children and young people and to present their work to a broad public.
