Authorities in Kenosha, Wisconsin have detained the suspected gunman Sunday that they state is behind a grisly shooting which left three people dead and three additional sufferers harm.
Officials say the defendant will be charged with a single count of first degree intentional homicide with added criminal charges to follow pending additional investigation.
Additionally, police said there's"no danger to the community in this moment."
The sheriff's department formerly said the shooting seemed to be a"concentrated and isolated episode." The suspect was described as a black man more than six feet tall sporting a striped hooded sweatshirt.
Police confirmed the shooting has led to at least six supported male victims, three of which were declared dead and three of which have been taken to a nearby hospital with gunshot wounds.
