Collective Agreements: A Collective Failure

The complaints about the declining importance of collective contracts is popular – especially as it stirs up politically, the expectation, the government could by a new collective of millions of workers forced to holdings, more wage offer. In stark disproportion to this zeal is a notorious lack of interest in the causes of decreasing coverage rate of collective agreements stands. Instead of fiddling with anti-capitalist sentiments, it would be necessary first to ascertain: Why, actually, less and less workers to make use of their basic right of a trade Union for collective agreements to enforce? That would be a fascinating discourse. And if revealed would be that destructive employer mass workers prevent the exercise of their fundamental rights, that would change, in fact, an occasion, the rules of the game established by law. Or it is a failure of the trade unions? The fact that they formulate out of convenience rather political demand catalogues to interest rather than the possibly differing expectations of those workers who are not your members? Who's calling always forced only according to the legal Collective, reinforces the suspicion that it is exactly so.
