Economy Income 2022: how can I consult statements from other years?

Searching the declarations of previous years is a common practice in each Income tax campaign, since a review of past years can help the taxpayer to compare data and find possible deductions with the 2022 Income draft.

If we do not have the declaration for the previous year -or any other- at hand, whether on our computer, printed or in an email, we can obtain it immediately through the Tax Agency website.

The Treasury stores the returns filed in the non-prescribed years and, to access them, you just have to enter the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency and choose between these four options: Consultation of returns filed, WEB Income Service, My Files and Obtain of a copy using a secure verification code (CSV):

From the form 100 procedures page, select "Queries" and then click on "Query filed returns". Next, you will be required to identify yourself:

Once identified, the boxes "NIF required" and "Model" (model 100) filled in and the box "Fiscal year" will appear. Then press "Search" in the list of declarations.

You can also access the income files with the same identification processes from the "Draft / declaration processing service (WEB Income)". Within "History of the file", select the link "Recording of declaration 2022100...(Query / Copy)".

This option is only available when identifying with a digital certificate, electronic DNI or Cl@ve PIN. All you have to do is access the "Personal Area" from the web page and then go to "My Files". After completing the identification, click on the "Consult your filed returns" tab.

Another access to the taxpayer's return history is through the comparison of electronic documents. It requires a secure verification code (CSV), associated with the presentation and found in the footer of the first page of each document, as well as in the signature of the certification document when making the presentation. You just have to enter the CSV of the presentation in the corresponding field and press "Send".
