The 37-year-old has so far not commented on the allegations of hostage-taking in connection with particularly serious rape and dangerous bodily harm in several cases.
The man who boasted about his life experiences and wisdom online is in a psychiatric hospital. His 23-year-old brother is also in custody as a suspected helper. According to the Mosbach public prosecutor's office, the investigation will not be completed before April.
