Ma is known for his work with the Silk Road Ensemble and collaborations that cross genre boundaries. He was the subject of the 2015 documentary "The Music of Strangers: Yo-Yo Ma and the Silk Road Ensemble."
The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Macky Auditorium on the CU campus. A pre-concert lecture led by Hsing-Ay Hsu is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. at the CU Heritage Center's Old Main Chapel across from the auditorium. Call 303-492-8008 to add a name to the wait list.
