A 79-year-old man has been sentenced before the district court of Mosbach in Baden-Württemberg to three years in prison because he killed his needy wife from Overwork and despair. After a confession of the man there looked at the jury court on Thursday as evidence that he snapped after the unexpected refusal of his 84-year-old woman, to accept a a short time before organized home space.
The long years of care, both physically and mentally wore down man and the woman strangled in January with a cord. The two were married for 58 years and have three sons. The judges came from a homicide in a less severe case. The debt capacity of the man was impaired.
Earlier, it was argued, the Prosecutor's office four and a half years in prison. The defender sought a suspended sentence. In his closing remarks, the man, the defendant adopted the hearing said: "I regret this thing and would like to undo." Prosecution and defense wish to make an appeal against the judgment.
at the beginning of the process, the defender of the man recited his confession. He was in a shock reaction and not from the Knowledge that he was more able to care for his wife, killed these. He strangled with a rope, because he can no longer remember.
