SAN ANTONIO — A man was shot multiple times Friday morning in a business parking lot on the West Side, according to police.
A witness said the victim got into an altercation with a suspect inside the location at about 3:12 a.m. Friday in the 2400 block of Zarzamora Street.

Shortly after, the suspect shot the man multiple times in the lower torso.
Officers responded to the attack around 2 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at the Roxy Sports Bar in the 3200 block of Wurzbach Road. (Ken Branca, J.M. Scott)
Emergency personnel responded and transported him to University Hospital.
It’s unknown at this time if there were additional shots fired inside the business where the altercation initially occurred, according to the preliminary police report.

A witness at the scene said the suspect fled the scene in a dark blue Mitsubishi sedan, the report said.
