Montauban, Tarn-et-Garonne's court sentenced Friday to 500 euro suspended fine for Eric Zemmour of Moissac on March 12th.
France Bleu reports that the 71-year old Castelsarrasin farmer and retired farmer wanted to "attract attention from media." He was the father of an autistic child and wanted to condemn Eric Zemmour's positions on the topic of children with disabilities.
The prosecution asked for a 150 euro fine and a citizenship class on Friday. He was sentenced to a 500 euro suspended fine.
France Bleu recalls also that the septuagenarian had thrown egg at a Marine Le Pen campaign vehicle bus in April. However, he was not charged.
