The actions of the Real Estate Promoter Neinor Homes remain suspended from first time of this morning at its possible interest in getting along with the sector to create a giant of the sector that would become the largest real estate promoter in Spain.
The supervisor has issued a communicate minutes after the opening of the Stock Exchange explaining his decision to suspend "cautiously" the company's price "while a relevant information on the aforementioned entity is disseminated."

The news of the talks, advanced by the newspaper Expansa, aim that the company led by Borja García-Egotxeaga maintains advanced negotiations with the Värde American Fund for the purchase of Vía Célere, which both parties have been negotiating exclusively and that the process is Already in Due Diligence phase.
To specify the operation, it would be the second of this kind that carries the seal of Neinor Homes, after last January the acquisition of Quabit closed.
