The incidence goes down to 41.45 with 42 new deaths

Another day of good news. The cumulative incidence (IA) of the Coronavirus continues descending. This Wednesday is already at 41.45 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, after a drop of almost five points in the last 48 hours. This means that Spain is at low risk. It also decreases slightly (2.44 points) the indicator within seven days, key to detect rapid trend changes (17.97). Also according to this last figure, since it is less than 25, Spain would already be considered as a country with low risk as regards Covid-19.

The number of contagions has also decreased in recent days: they are 2,758 new, more than 1,000 less than those that were reported on Monday. Mortality follows the same trend and continues descending, since healing has notified 42 new deaths on Wednesday, seven less than Monday, and 15 less than a week ago. According to the global occupation of the beds in hospitals, being less than two, Spain would already be a country in the so-called new normality, but if the occupation is observed in UCI, being even greater than 5, this would indicate that Spain is Still a country with low risk. On the other hand, the positivity meter of the tests carried out (2.13%), also aimed at Spain has already entered the new normality, since it is less than four.

Communities with greater pressure by Coronavirus in the ICU remain Madrid (10.82%), Basque Country (8.23%), Catalonia (8.17%) and La Rioja (7.55%). On the opposite side, the most unknown are Ceuta and Melilla, without entering UCI, Extremadura (0.53%), Galicia (0.81%) and Murcia (2.16%).
