Stühlingen (dpa / lsw) - A drunk 31-year-old man made a mistake on the way home in the building on Saturday evening and was mistaken for a burglar by startled residents. The family living in Stühlingen (Waldshut district) called the police. There was no evidence of an intention to steal anything. However, his behavior did not remain completely irrelevant under criminal law. According to a statement on Monday, the police began investigations into trespassing.
The 31-year-old man entered the house through a closed but unlocked door and was discovered by the residents in the hallway. As it turned out, the man who was caught lived nearby. He was placed in the care of an acquaintance.
