Karlsruhe (dpa / lsw) - When two cars collided head-on in the Karlsruhe district, five people were injured, including a small child. A 75-year-old had got into the oncoming lane with his vehicle on the federal highway 10 in the municipality of Pfinztal, as the police announced on Sunday. He crashed into an oncoming car. According to the police, the 75-year-old driver and his passenger were seriously injured in the accident on Saturday. The 35-year-old driver of the other car, the passenger and a toddler were taken to hospital with minor injuries. It was initially unclear why the senior got off track.
