According to the information, the cyclist initially escaped in the incident that happened some time ago. A police officer recognized the bike in Backnang on Wednesday and stopped the 42-year-old. According to the investigators, it turned out that the e-bike was a homemade product that was powered electrically and without pedaling. Since the man could not show an operating license and no insurance cover, the officials secured the bike. It was also suspected that the man was under the influence of drugs.
