Baden-Württemberg: Narrow basketball defeat for ratiopharm Ulm

Panevezys (dpa / lsw) - Bundesliga basketball team ratiopharm Ulm suffered their first defeat in their second appearance of the season in the Eurocup. At the Lithuanian representative BC Lietkabelis, coach Anton Gavel's team lost 76:80 (28:44) on Wednesday. The best thrower from Ulm was Robin Christen with 19 points. Joshua Hawley (13) and Nicolas Bretzel (12) also scored in double figures. At the start of the international competition, Ulm won just one point ahead of Umana Reyer Venice. Next up is the home game against Germani Brescia on October 26th.
