With a year delay to say yes: pop singer Anita Hofmann marries her dream prince after the wedding had to be postponed last year due to Corona. Hundreds of guests join in the celebrations.
Meßkirch (dpa / lsw) - Pop singer Anita Hofmann (45) will be married in church on Saturday (12.30 p.m.) in her hometown of Meßkirch radio presenter Christian Filip (48). Anita Hofmann is the sister of Alexandra Hofmann, both are known under the duo name Geschwister Hofmann. The church wedding is in the baroque church of St. Martin in Meßkirch (Sigmaringen district).
More than 500 guests will be present at the wedding - including 240 fans from Germany and neighboring countries. The civil wedding was on Friday in Meßkirch, where Anita Hofmann is an honorary citizen.
Anita Hofmann and Christian Filip actually wanted to get married last year. The wedding was postponed because of Corona. And another hurdle had to be overcome. Christian Philipp has been married before. He still had to have his church marriage annulled by the Pope.
