Singen (dpa/lsw) - A fire in several buildings in Singen (Hohentwiel) caused damage of around 900,000 euros. The fire first broke out in a garage on Monday evening and then spread to a family home and a guest house, the police said in Constance. There were no injuries. The residents of the house could stay with acquaintances and relatives.
During the extinguishing work with around 90 emergency services, the electricity in the residential area had to be switched off for several hours. The cause of the fire was initially unclear.
