Ulm (dpa/lsw) - The state of Baden-Württemberg is funding artificial intelligence (AI) with 900,000 euros, which is intended to protect investors from fraud, for example when buying cryptocurrencies. The "DeFi - Risk Advisor KI" technology from the Stuttgart start-up Blockbrain and the University of Ulm is intended as risk advice for investors in the so-called decentralized financial market, i.e. for investments in cryptocurrencies, NFTs and other blockchain-based financial products, such as the University of Ulm announced on Monday. The AI should help investors not to fall for fraudulent offers.
