Baden-Württemberg: truck rams footbridge: concrete blocks fall on car

Ludwigsburg (dpa / lsw) - A truck with an excavator on the loading area got stuck on a pedestrian bridge in Ludwigsburg. The police said that chunks of concrete fell on a following car on Wednesday. Nobody got hurt. According to the information, the pedestrian bridge is still usable and did not have to be closed. The police estimate the damage to the vehicles at around 7,000 euros. The damage to the bridge could not initially be quantified.
