Bavaria: 49-year-old seriously injured in an accident with an e-scooter

Prien am Chiemsee (dpa / lby) - A 49-year-old was seriously injured in an accident with an e-scooter in Upper Bavaria. As the police announced on Saturday, the man fell on the street in Prien am Chiemsee (Rosenheim district) in the afternoon and sustained severe head injuries. First responders began to revive the man, then the 49-year-old was taken to a hospital by helicopter. The cause of the accident is not yet clear, but the police have ruled out third-party involvement.
