Bavaria: 56-year-old fatally injured in an accident

Aschaffenburg (dpa / lby) - A 56-year-old was fatally injured in an industrial accident in Lower Franconia. The man wanted to load a device weighing about two tons for a crane with a colleague on the company premises in Aschaffenburg, the police said on Friday. However, for reasons that have not yet been clarified, the device came loose and captured the 56-year-old. The man died after the incident on Thursday at the scene of the accident, the Aschaffenburg criminal police are investigating.
