Gilching (dpa / lby) - After an allegedly targeted drive with a car into a group of people at the Gilching train station, the brother of the driver accused of attempted murder is now also in custody. The 38-year-old brother is said to have tried to massively influence witnesses. He is said to have tried to get witnesses to change their statements to the police by paying money and intimidating them, a police spokesman said on Friday.

First, on the night of September 10th, there was a dispute at Gilching train station in the Starnberg district. The 31-year-old alleged perpetrator is said to have driven his vehicle into a group of people. He faces six counts of attempted murder.

A 45-year-old man was hit and slightly injured while driving. He is on the mend. Another man was found who was hit by the car and slightly injured. The injured man initially fled the scene before the police arrived.
