Forchheim (dpa / lby) - A dog that was not on a leash scared away sheep in Forchheim, which led to a tangible argument between the people who belonged to it. The argument between the shepherd and two passers-by "escalated" and ended in insults and beatings, a police spokesman said on Saturday.
A 22-year-old was out with his mother and a dog on Friday. The shepherd asked the man to put the dog on a leash and tried to film the free-roaming animal with his cell phone. The 22-year-old is said to have initially slipped the phone out of the shepherd's hand and later hit him in the head. The mother also insulted the 40-year-old shepherd, the police wrote in a statement. The two passers-by told the police that they had also been insulted and beaten by the shepherd. The Forchheim police have started the investigation.
