Bavaria: Scooter driver drives 80 km/h instead of the allowed 25

Fischach (dpa / lby) - A 15-year-old scooter driver was caught by the police in Fischach (Augsburg district) at 80 kilometers per hour instead of the permitted 25. For this speed, he should have had an A1 driver's license, the police said on Monday. The teenager only had a moped test certificate. He's facing a charge of driving without a license.
