But Mike Pence may refuse to discuss his actions on the day of the assault, when he had the role of president of the Senate for the certification of the results of the presidential election of 2020, according to the same source. The judge's decision, which has not been made public, represents a partial victory for the Justice Department investigating the attack on the Capitol, which was linked to several deaths and in which more than 100 police officers were injured. Over 1,000 people were arrested.
