The City of Valence has been developing patronage in 2015 in order to deal with cuts in state funding. In particular, financial support from private businesses has been provided. It recently signed four sponsorship agreements in the region. La Spie batignolles (a construction player) will contribute 75,000 euros over three-years to help support events like the Sur le Champ! Festival, the Cultural Season at the Theatre de la Ville et the Feeries d'hiver.
Transdev Aura, which specializes in transport, will support these events with a donation of up to 225,000 Euros as well as the Tree Plan led by the City (75k euros per annum for three years). Pizzorno Environment, an actor in ecological transition, will fund part of the tree planning with a donation amounting to 270,000 euros. Bernaud Batiment 26 also supports the project, providing 20,000 euro for 2022.
