Offenbach (dpa/lhe) - People in Hesse can expect changeable weather with a mixture of sun, clouds and rain in the coming days. It remains quite mild with temperatures up to 18 degrees, as the German Weather Service in Offenbach announced on Tuesday.
Wednesday is likely to be clear to cloudy with no precipitation after the persistent fog and high fog have cleared. During the day, temperatures rise to up to 18 degrees, at high altitudes around 12 degrees. A weak wind is blowing. Thursday starts out bright, partly cloudy and without precipitation. Later, denser clouds will come up from the south-west and it will rain in places like showers. The maximum temperatures reach up to 17 degrees, in the higher mountains 12 degrees. The wind will blow weak to moderate from the south-east, in the mountains there can be strong gusts at times.
On Friday, many clouds are likely to bring rain in some areas, and brief thunderstorms are also possible. In addition, the meteorologists expect maximum temperatures of up to 18 degrees and a fresh south-west wind.
