Rödermark (dpa/lhe) - After the theft of a chocolate truck in southern Hesse, investigators were able to take their loot back from the perpetrators. According to the police on Wednesday, the unknown criminals stole a trailer truck with 32 pallets of chocolate worth tens of thousands of euros from a company premises in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg (district of Groß-Gerau). The investigation and the information provided by a witness to the crime on Monday night ultimately led to a warehouse in Rödermark. A clear indication: In front of the hall, the officials found an already empty pack of the loot. During the search on Tuesday, the chocolate was then secured and returned to the owner. The articulated lorry was parked a few blocks from the hall.
