For a pilot project, an expert commission focused on the first leadership position, said Interior Minister Peter Beuth (CDU) in response to a small request from the FDP. "This means all colleagues who are taking on personnel responsibility for the first time." Specifically, this is about the level of the service group management or investigation group management.
"As part of the planned selection process, a computer-based process for analyzing potential and skills will be used, among other things, in order to further objectify the process," says Beuth's answer. A fact-based, standardized basis for a selection should be created for the superiors in a systematic and multi-stage process. This is how you want to find the right managers.
