Hesse: Man is said to have slapped a small child

Kelkheim (dpa/lhe) - A man is said to have suddenly hit a one-year-old child in the face on a dirt road near Kelkheim im Taunus. The little boy was apparently unharmed, the police said on Friday. According to the mother, she was walking with her child on the dirt road early Thursday evening when two men came towards her. One of the two is said to have given the toddler a slap in the face. The two men then just walked on.
