Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) - In the case of the deadly knife attack on a woman on a highway shoulder, the trial against her husband is coming to an end: the verdict is expected at the Frankfurt Regional Court today. The 41-year-old man is charged with murder. Prosecutors have asked for life imprisonment. The accused is said to have killed his separated wife with seven knife wounds in March last year on the hard shoulder of the Autobahn 661 near Frankfurt-Preungesheim. The Serb had previously rammed the 40-year-old's car three times with his own vehicle during a chase. In the process that has been running since January, he admitted to two stab wounds.
