Hesse: Wrong emergency doctor in Vogelsbergkreis on duty

Giessen (dpa / lhe) - A man is said to have wrongly pretended to be an emergency doctor and also worked in the rescue service. The Gießen public prosecutor is investigating the 31-year-old from Baden-Württemberg, as a spokesman said on Wednesday. He is said to have been traveling in the Vogelsberg district. It is still being determined whether he was also deployed in other counties. This also applies to the question of whether patients were treated incorrectly. The man is accused of misuse of job titles, fraud and forgery. The Gießen investigation has been running since mid-August, and the man's apartment has already been searched.
