Housing policy: Tschentscher does not want the Holsten area at any price

Mayor Peter Tschentscher has once again expressed the City of Hamburg's interest in purchasing the Holsten site - but not at any price. "As a city, we are ready to take over the property at a reasonable value. However, we do not accept speculative property valuations," said the SPD politician to the German Press Agency.
