Both the state subsidy of up to 500 euros and the restriction to tenants and owners of condominiums met with approval, said Mareike Hermann from BUND in Schwerin on Thursday. Contrary to the statements made by individual skeptics, the operation of the plug-in mini solar systems is safe and legal.
The low output of between 300 and 600 megawatts does not matter from the point of view of the environmentalists, the mini systems are another building block of the energy transition. As with installation and operation, there is also unnecessary fear when it comes to insurance: "Of course, the person who installs the system is obliged to secure it properly - just like with a parasol. The normal liability insurance continues to apply."
