Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: carpenter seriously injured when falling from scaffolding

Gehlsbach (dpa / mv) - A 62-year-old carpenter fell from the scaffolding while working on the roof in Gehlsbach (Ludwigslust-Parchim district) and was seriously injured. According to the police on Friday, the craftsman apparently slipped off the scaffolding on Thursday afternoon and fell three meters down. Colleagues took care of the initially unconscious man. He was later flown to a Rostock clinic in a rescue helicopter.
