Cross-border cooperation in the Baltic Sea region is the subject of a meeting with members of the European Parliament's Committee on Regional Development. A conversation with the only MEP from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, the Green politician Niklas Nienaß, is also planned. On Tuesday, Schwesig and Martin had already met EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
