North Rhine-Westphalia: 30-year-old arrested after shooting at car

Dormagen (dpa / lnw) - The police arrested a 30-year-old who is said to have shot at a car in Dormagen near Düsseldorf and injured a 24-year-old. Special forces were also deployed during the arrest on Wednesday morning, police and prosecutors said. The three people in the car were known to the suspected shooter. Nevertheless, it is still unclear why the 30-year-old shot her. During the arrest, the emergency services found the alleged murder weapon, large amounts of narcotics and a five-figure sum of cash in his apartment. The man is now in custody.
