North Rhine-Westphalia: car collides with tram: several injured

Bochum (dpa / lnw) - In Bochum, a 69-year-old driver was seriously injured in an accident with a tram. Because he wanted to turn onto a freeway exit, he drove very far to the left, the police reported on Thursday about the accident from the previous day. But there was a tram driving there, with which the driver finally collided. In the train, three children aged twelve were slightly injured in the collision. They were treated as outpatients in hospitals. The 69-year-old was taken to a hospital for treatment. His car had to be towed.
